Tamra Gannon

Tamra Gannon leads Fencing Specialists as President and Chief Executive Officer. She also serves as Director, Shareholder, and Qualified Individual on two contractor licenses, guiding a fully women-owned company known for its accuracy, professionalism, and high standards.

Her early experience as a construction defect paralegal shaped her approach to contracts, compliance, and risk management. This practical foundation supports her hands-on leadership style. Tamra oversees every department, including marketing, human resources, accounting, and project administration, with a focus
on accountability and growth.

She manages project controls and job-costing systems herself, maintaining reliable performance across the company. Outside of her executive duties, Tamra advocates for equity and professional growth in the construction field. She contributes to the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Nevada Contractors Association and participates in industry organizations that promote women in leadership.

In 2019, Tamra earned her Certified Fence Contractor credential through the American Fence Association, strengthening her technical expertise and commitment to raising industry standards. Her leadership combines vision, integrity, and steady improvement, shaping the future of construction through every project.
