Tamra Gannon serves in the capacity of Director, Shareholder and Qualified Individual on two Contractor Licenses. She represents half of the entirely women-owed company and has helped to achieve MBE, DBE, WBE and WOSB certifications. Tamra oversees every job by implementing detailed job costing and control methods. She handles all business administration including marketing, human resources and accounting. Tamra utilizes her legal background and experience by negotiating the companies insurance policies and reviewing every contract. She participates in a number of organizations on behalf of the company and is a proud member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee through the Nevada Contractors Association. In 2019, she became a Certified Fence Contractor (CFC) through the American Fence Association.

Todd Becker has been with Fencing Specialists, Inc. since 1996. He currently serves as Vice President of the Sales. Todd has managed some of the company's largest jobs to date including numerous solar field projects, freeway, bridges, walkways and Las Vegas channel jobs. His customers include some of Southern Nevada's largest contractors. Todd has managed installation of miles of fencing within extremely tight timeframes. His guidance and instruction have served to mentor our crew and supervisors throughout the years.

Chris joined Fencing Specialists, Inc. in 2019. He has over ten years' experience in the fence industry. Chris served as field supervisor for a large fence builder in Las Vegas prior to joining our team. He currently handles large scale commercial and industrial fence projects for our company. After earning the coveted Automation Designer Certificate, Chris now estimates, and project manages our automatic gates repairs and maintenance services.

Patrick Eustaquio joined Fencing Specialist team in February of 2023. As a second-generation fence
erector, Patrick spent 19 years in Hawaii working his way up from the field to holding various
positions of leadership in estimating and warehouse management. Since working at FSI, Patrick has
been instrumental in taking on multiple roles that our company requires as a proactive team
member, Patrick is an extremely dedicated worker that takes pride in his craft and emphasizes
attention to detail from the beginning of a project through its completion.

Steven joined Fencing Specialist team in 2023. He is
a third-generation fence builder and has over ten
years of experience in the industry. Steven began
his career as a Fence Erector Installer and quickly
moved to the Foreman position where he spent
four years building fences and gates in Las Vegas
for large fence builder. He was promoted to Lead
Commercial Estimator by that same company and
estimated large industrial and commercial projects
before being hired at Fencing Specialists, Inc.

Kristina Iovine joined our team in 2023 when she moved to Las Vegas from the East Coast. Ms. Iovine spent the last twenty-five years in the steel industry between New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She helped her prior company increase revenue by implementing pricing and growth strategies. She now serves as operations supervisor within Fencing Specialists, Inc. Joe Green has been in the fencing industry since 2004. He plays an essential role as a project engineer. Joe can design, build and fabricate any fence or gate system. Ralph Turco has been with Fencing Specialists, Inc. since 2001. He was a lead foreman for over sixteen years before being promoted to Quality Control Supervisor. Ralph is a skilled and experienced fence builder. He has been a part of erecting thousands of miles of fence throughout Las Vegas and his knowledge of every aspect of a fence component is one of the many valuable resources he brings to the company.
