Derek has been in the fencing industry for nine years, building his career from the ground up. He began as a helper and quickly advanced to foreman and then lead foreman through his strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment to quality.

As a lead foreman, Derek expanded his expertise by becoming a skilled equipment operator, specializing in drill rigs, skid steers, and loaders. His ability to lead crews, manage complex installations, and operate specialized equipment earned him recognition for his outstanding performance.

In 2026, Derek was promoted to Superintendent. Since then, he has successfully overseen large industrial and commercial projects, bringing strong field leadership, technical expertise, and a dedication to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
